All-Star Tryouts and Documentation Requirements

2018 EFLL All-Stars

EFLL All-Star tryouts: 

May 20th at Grove Field:

10:30 am to 12:00 pm: Ages 8-10  Please bring all required paperwork completed (see below for requirements)

12:00 pm to 1:30 pm: Ages 11&12  Please bring all required paperwork completed (see below for requirements)

**Paperwork must be completed and turned-in for your player to be evaluated**

Required Documentation for Player Evaluation and All-Star Participation:

In order for any player to be evaluated to play on an All-Star team, each player wishing to participate must provide to the League documentation to verify the players age and residency.  Please brings copies of all documentation; collected documentation will not be returned.

Acceptable forms of documentation are as follows:

For Player's Age:

A copy of an oringial proof of age document (e.g., a Birth Certificate) as issued by federal, state or local registrar of vital statistics which was issued, filed, or recorded within one (1) year of the date of birth.

For Player's Residency:

One of the following:

(a) an Official/Certified School enrollment record dated prior to October 1, 2017;

OR

(b) ONE document, containing the full residene of the parent(s)/guardian(s) including their name, street address, city, state, and zip code, from each of the following three groups dated or in force between 2/1/17 and 2/1/18:

Group 1: Driver's License, School records, Vehicle records (registration, lease, etc), Employment records, Insurance Documents

Group II: Welfare/childcare records; Federal records; State records; Local (municipal) records; Homeowner or tenant records; Military records

Group III: Voter Registration; Utility bills; Financial records (loans, credit, investment); Medical records; Internet, Cable, or Satellite bills.  

NOTE: Three documents from the same Group (i.e., utility bill, cable bill, and bank statement) constitute only ONE document.  Documents must contain the parent(s)/guardian(s) name, street address, city, state and zip code information.

Any documents submitted as proof of residence must show customary usage or consumption to demonstrate bona fide continuous habitation as determined by Little League Baseball, Incorporated in its discretion.
